I went to an opening event for a car dealership and couldn't think of anything to say about the light snacks they served me, so I just blurted out an elementary school kid's comment, "The bamboo shoots were crunchy and delicious." lol (Food reviews are hard.) I'll try to think more seriously about what I say about the food my wife makes for me on a regular basis. I'm sorry, as always.

We recently completed the delivery to a car dealership, which we have been introducing for some time. We have already introduced it on our blog page, but this time it is being rented out to the kids' room at Netz Toyota Kobe's LEXUS Amagasaki.

The room you see in the back is the kids' room. It's about 4.5 tatami mats in size, but we put a lot of thought into the contents.

We used local Hyogo materials , a tapestry made from the traditional craft of Kumiko, and cedar panel flooring sourced from Gifu Prefecture. We discussed the materials from scratch with our new business partner, and we think we were able to create something great that pleased the other party. We've posted about it on our blog, so please take a look.

I am thinking about how to expand in the future.
We've been running our corporate rental business since the COVID-19 pandemic last year, and we've now reached our 10th client. (We think we can go even further.) We're also getting new offers, so we expect the number of delivery destinations to gradually increase in the future. Lexus in particular has a wide and strong horizontal network between its stores, so we received a quote request from Lexus in Saitama even before the information was released. (I was surprised at how quickly information spread, and relieved that it didn't fail this time lol.)
I see! There is a demand! But the problem is how to expand it horizontally from here. After running the service for half a year, I feel that it is easier to propose products if they are packaged to a certain extent. (Because proposing each time is very time-consuming) And the perfect photogenic kids' room the first time doesn't last very long (because dirt is noticeable when children use it), and although furniture is not replaced often, I have learned that users are happier if the play equipment and toys are replaced, in terms of demand for the kids' room. There are so many things to notice and improve by trying it out.
We have also started offering this service to ordinary households.

We are also trialing the rental of furniture and play equipment for ordinary households. The photo shows a customer's home in Tokyo. The delivery was completed the other day. This is a service to improve the indoor environment for busy dual-income families raising children. *Because it is a trial, we have not made any announcements, but we are currently in the process of getting a third customer in Tokyo through word of mouth. (There seems to be a demand.) All of our customers who have introduced this service also have a babysitter in their homes. How can we raise awareness from now on? We are also worried about where to advertise.

Cost starts from 15,000 yen
The cost ranges from 15,000 to 25,000 yen per month. It varies depending on the size of the room. For a large room, the plan is 22,000 yen.
It's priced at 22,000 yen.
It is necessary to replace play equipment and toys as children grow, so we need a wealth of knowledge to be able to make suggestions to customers, and a manufacturing system that can deliver products quickly. Also, I think customers will be happy if we include parenting advice and content that parents and children can enjoy together in the plan.

In order to continue providing services to both businesses and households, we need to secure materials (we are also developing play equipment at the same time as we are running out of them) and train staff. Now that we have over 10 customers, we need to move forward with anticipation to make this a pillar of our business.

Now, let's try adding this service! Or, since the response is poor, let's remove it from the lineup, so we respond to the situation as it is, so sometimes we end up being behind the times. We have written down the services we want to provide in the form of ideas, so we want to get serious about growing our business so that these are properly connected (systematized).
Hotel Okura Kobe preparation status
Changing the subject, I would like to talk about the construction status of the Hotel Okura Kobe. The construction work is being carried out at night, so I occasionally go to check on the progress after the store closes.

The flooring is made of oak, which is hard and scratch-resistant. We are still in the process of purchasing the interior fixtures. Some of our shareholders have been very helpful in recommending interior shops, etc. *We are aiming for a cool atmosphere, so please look forward to the completion**
Due to a business trip, the weekend distribution was delayed. From now on, I will try to send it on the weekend as much as possible (^^♪ Well, to all shareholders. I hope you have a fun week this week too♪ Bye.
