Kochi Prefecture is a pioneer in facing many issues, including a declining birthrate and an aging population, as well as a declining population. As the national government launches a policy of "regional revitalization," local governments in Kochi are also taking on various activities to address these issues. The show will feature Takuo Yoshihiro, an evangelist for regional revitalization who produces local government projects across the country, as the main personality. He will listen to local government officials and companies working on regional revitalization, and together they will come up with ideas and projects to polish local materials. The show will also introduce regional revitalization projects that serve as models for the rest of the country, as well as national systems that people would like to utilize, bringing bright hope for Kochi's future.
