On a personal note... I recently had a slipped disc for the second time in my life.
It's becoming chronic. It's terrible. What should I do? When I went to the chiropractor, he said, "Let's start by training your abdominal and back muscles."
Basically, I'm really weak when it comes to that kind of exercise. I'm on my second day now. I have a dinner party tonight. I have so many excuses that I can't do it (lol)
Well, last weekend I went to Kanagawa Prefecture to deliver supplies to a nursery school.
To "Apricot Nursery School" opening next April

Locker and table with toy shelf

This is a space for 5 year olds.

There's a lot of light and it's beautiful!

This nursery school is located on a small hill in Takatsu Ward, Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture. It is a three-story building, so the view is amazing! It's not a mountain, but you can see trees and apartment buildings in the distance. It's a view you won't find in Kochi Prefecture.

A commemorative photo of everyone involved in the design and planning ♪ With the cooperation of the three companies, we were able to create a wonderful school. We tried many things for the first time, and it was a learning experience for us at Nakayoshi Library. Thank you very much.
After this, I returned to Kochi by the most inefficient means of transportation: an overnight bus.
10 hours of being stuck on a bus... My back got worse ⇒ I had a sprain ⇒ Now...
My efforts to save money came back to haunt me in the form of medical expenses and the fact that I couldn't move my body.
My judgment is still poor... (laughs) This is also a learning experience.

This is the most comfortable position.
