Reason for joining the company: I applied because it is rare to find a company that manufactures wooden toys and I wanted to try making one myself.
Q: What do you do for a living?
I work in the Mitoyo factory office, where I handle inquiries via chat and email and handle accounting.
Q: What do you find rewarding?
As a customer myself, it can be difficult to convey my thoughts in writing, but I am extremely happy when I hear from customers who are looking forward to receiving a product or share their feedback after it has arrived.
It's rewarding as we go through a lot of trial and error, and what's most encouraging is when we receive kind words of encouragement.
