なかよしライブラリーの製品はお客さまに出来立ての木の香りを楽しんでいただくため、受注生産で製作しております。
以下の流れをご参考にして下さい。

- Is customization possible outside of the plan?
Yes. We can make suggestions based on the size of your room and your budget. We can also give you quotes for individual play equipment and furniture.
- Do you rent out the kids' room?
We are not accepting new rental orders. We only accept purchases (can be split).
- Please tell me about the delivery date.
It will take about two months from the time of application. We will start production as soon as the on-site meeting is completed. Please contact us if you need it urgently or have a specific delivery date.
- Do wooden products require professional maintenance?
No. There is no need for any special maintenance. Just wipe it with water.
- Regarding damage and replacement during use
If there is any damage or malfunction within 12 months of installation, we will replace it free of charge. Please rest assured. (Any damage caused intentionally will be covered for a fee.)
- Is there a warranty period for Kids Room?
If the product becomes defective within one year due to breakage, warping, or cracking of the wood, or if any other inconvenience occurs, we will replace it free of charge. (Intentional damage is not covered.) Since natural wood is used, cracks and distortions may occur due to wood shrinkage depending on the environment of the room. Please understand that this is a natural thing. Wood that has been in use for more than one year will become accustomed to the environment to a certain extent, so changes due to shrinkage will be less likely to occur. Even if a defect occurs more than one year after delivery, we will respond on a case-by-case basis, but there will be a fee.
