Frequently asked questions

Can you issue invoices and delivery notes?

Yes. We can issue various certificates with invoices. [Invoice] [Delivery note] [Certificate of origin] [Certificate of legal timber] [Contract agreement] etc.

Is there a place where I can see the actual item?

We have two physical stores, one in Kobe and one in Kichijoji.

Is custom production possible?

Yes, that is possible. We can handle semi-orders where you change the size of a ready-made product, or we can make a fully-ordered product to your specifications.

Is there a free warranty period for the product?

If the product is damaged or the wood warps or cracks within one year, causing problems, we will replace it free of charge. (Intentional damage is not covered.) Since natural wood is used, cracks and warping may occur due to wood shrinkage depending on the room environment. Please understand that this is a natural phenomenon. Wood that has been in use for over a year will become accustomed to the environment to a certain extent, so changes due to shrinkage will be less likely to occur. Even if a defect occurs more than one year after delivery, we will handle it on a case-by-case basis for a fee.

Are there discounts for purchasing products in bulk?

In principle, we will sell at the regular price. However, if you purchase 10 or more units at once, we will consider the price on a case-by-case basis.

Is there a separate shipping charge?

If purchasing a single item, the shipping fee varies depending on the product, so please check the individual product pages. If you purchase in bulk and the quantity is large, we will provide you with a separate shipping estimate.
