In order to prevent fraudulent orders using credit cards in someone else's name, we ask customers who use credit cards to verify the credit card contract information with the orderer's information.
Please note that to prevent fraudulent use, we may ask you to verify your identity by phone or email.
If we are unable to contact you, we will be unable to ship your order.

Please make payment at the convenience store of your choice within three days, including the day you place your order.
*If the deadline passes, your order will be automatically cancelled. If the deadline passes, you will need to place a new order.

You will receive a payment code in the order completion email. Follow the instructions on the convenience store terminal to enter the code and make your payment.

If you have registered with a mobile carrier email address (docomo, au, softbank), it is possible that notifications from Shopify (automatic notification emails) are being blocked due to improvements in email filtering.
You may be able to receive emails by reviewing your reception settings, so please try this if you would like.

As a solution other than the above method, if you have another address such as Gmail, since Gmail is relatively easy to receive, we would appreciate it if you could let us know that you would like to change your email address.
- Can I order by cash on delivery?
