This may come as a surprise, but Nakayoshi Library is currently hiring.
It's been seven years since I came back to Kochi. Time flies. I was still young at 29 then!! But before I knew it, I was 35. If we don't create a system where we can properly teach our juniors and new people, there is a possibility that the company will weaken and become vulnerable to change. Feeling this sense of crisis, I think we need to put effort into training. What should I do? Maybe it's time for a change from the way I've always worked hard, looking forward and working hard.
