I make spicy curry every once in a while. I've been slacking off lately, so when I go out to eat, I choose curry, udon, ramen, or nothing. On this day, I chose curry. Oyster spicy curry. The umami of the oysters probably becomes the stock. It's a curry that is sure to be delicious. You can enjoy the texture of the oysters. In the end, it was very delicious. Thank you for the meal.
Nakayoshi Library Updates
Now, at this time every year, I'm busy sending out New Year's cards and year-end gifts. When I get busy, I end up double-booking appointments and feeling self-loathing, thinking, "Oh no, I did it again..." But leaving aside my personal stories, the Nakayoshi Library has been growing steadily over the past three years.
But was this something we aimed for? We made it this far by repeatedly making revisions and adjustments to our plans. Yes, as of the end of November this year, we were able to exceed last year's results, so that's good! We're hoping to keep it up.
It's a little early to look back on this year, so I'll just touch on it briefly in today's report. First of all...
Proposal for a timeless kids room
We introduced the flat-rate kids room business last time. It is a service that proposes kids rooms to facilities where parents and children gather, such as car dealerships, and replaces the contents once a year. This time, we delivered to Netz Toyota Ehime for the first time. With this, we have contracted with 24 corporate customers.
We hope that the kids' room will be useful for car dealers and other businesses who want to extend their stay and business negotiations , or who want to be able to drop in with their children. *As such, we set up the following activity equipment at Nets Ehime.
Children can make their own Pythagora machines, so they can play for long periods of time in the kids' room without getting bored. The target age group is elementary school children, so the kids' room needs to be a certain size, but it looks like a lot of fun.
Two weeks has passed since the system was introduced, and the response has been very positive, with comments such as, "People are spending much more time here now. They don't want to leave."
We have been focusing on developing this type of play equipment this year, and we would like to continue to do so in the future along with this flat-rate business.
A few events planned for next year
Now, let's talk about next year. About half of Nakayoshi Library's customers are from the Kanto region. We have received many inquiries asking , "Is there a place where I can see the actual products?" And finally, it looks like we will be able to hold the exhibition and sale that we have been planning for a long time. *First, it will be a limited-time exhibition and sale . After that, we will move forward with our goal of opening a permanent store next year♪ Now... The location is Tachikawa City, Tokyo !

Nakayoshi Library is here We will be holding an exhibition and sales event at greensprings for 4 days from Friday, March 18th to Monday, March 21st, 2022!
The event will include sales of toys and children's furniture, as well as the previously mentioned kids' room where children can play and seasonal workshops, all for 4 days.
Nakayoshi Library's manufacturing process uses domestic materials and sells directly to customers, which is in line with the company's concept of supporting startup companies, "actively providing a pop-up space for unique products and companies with potential that are not yet known," and this event was decided upon.

Introducing our new employees
As the seasons change, our employees' lives also face various crossroads. Fujioka-san, who has worked hard at our Kobe store for about a year, is retiring this time to get married. She has protected the store with her steady work. She will come to visit our Kobe store again as a customer (*'ω'*)
And, just in time for the timing to replace him, Takayama-san joined the company (^^♪ He has several years of experience at Karimoku Furniture. Since his internship, he has been working devotedly, visiting workshops and customers' homes. From now on, Kawazoe-san, Ishizu-san, and Takayama-san will be welcoming customers at the Kobe store♪
Takayama-san is 29 years old. I hope that he will continue to lead Nakayoshi Library with his young energy.
