Parenting consultation sessions are being held at the Oyako Flat Square Central, run by the Daiji Welfare Association. The sessions are aimed at children aged 0 to 2 and their guardians.

Kobe's Chuo Ward is surrounded by the port to the south and Mt. Rokko to the north. The Sannomiya Station area in the center is bustling with tourists and commercial facilities. Blessed with the sea, mountains, and rivers, it is a comfortable city to live in and raise children.

Furatto Hiroba was created with the image of Kobe Chuo Ward in mind. The partitions where children play are designed to resemble ships in the harbor. Kobe-themed designs are incorporated throughout the space, from the pictures on the walls to the music.
