Q: What year did you join the company and why?
In 2024, while working at a children's photography studio, I became interested in creating an environment for children. I wanted to support their lives from the perspective of toys and furniture, which are closely related to our daily lives. I was attracted to the philosophy of Nakayoshi Library and joined the company with the desire to create a richer daily life for more people.
Q: What do you do for a living?
I am in charge of customer service and sales at the store and sales to corporations. In corporate sales, I visit kindergartens and nursery schools to hold meetings and take photos of delivery examples.
Q: What do you find rewarding?
I feel rewarded when I see the smiles on customers' faces. I am very happy when I see children smiling as they play with toys, and when the families watching smile too, and when the store is filled with smiles.
Also, from the time an order is placed until it is delivered, I look forward to the arrival of the product just like the customer, so when the product arrives and I receive words of thanks, I feel as happy as if it were my own achievement. It is at these moments that I feel the results of my guidance and the connection with the customer.
Q: Message to those considering joining the company
This is a job that will have a long-term impact on the lives of not only children but the whole family. It also makes you think about the existence of trees and forests that support our lives, and it is very rewarding to be involved in activities to protect such forests.
