At Nakayoshi Library, we use simple packaging to make effective use of resources and to avoid leaving waste at customers' homes as much as possible. Items are delivered without air caps (bubble wrap), but we do seal the corners, so it's not a case of cutting corners. *This acts as a better cushioning material than air caps. We are careful with packaging and inspection, but if you find any major scratches or dents after unpacking, please contact us. We will deal with the issue immediately.
