Good morning. This week I'll be in Kobe on weekdays due to mountain activities at Mt. Rokko in Kobe. Nakayoshi Library's Hotel Okura branch opened in June as a reservation-only store, so you can do your desk work at your leisure. There is also a staff cafeteria, so I'm looking forward to lunch♪Here is another update on this week's situation. Please take a look when you have some free time.

We are creating a new catalogue.
We are currently working on a new catalogue, scheduled for completion in July. We made our last one three years ago and it was well received, but we have had to make changes to the contents of the catalogue due to the mandatory inclusion of tax in the listing, changes to our product lineup, price revisions, new business ventures, and so on, so we are taking our time to make this one ourselves. We would like to give our shareholders a brief introduction to the contents.

I dream of the day when I can feature several of our stores on this map of Japan. So this time, I made each of our offices into a map of Japan. The cover is simple, with just the baby set and rooster mark, which represent Nakayoshi.

On the furniture page, instead of displaying a large number of products on one page, we have enlarged image photos to allow customers to expand their imagination.

When we receive inquiries from customers every day, there is a certain number of people who want to hear directly from us over the phone before purchasing. A product catalog is an attractive way to solve the problems of these customers. Please purchase one once it is completed. It is scheduled to be 500 yen including tax.

Seasonal items will also be sold.

The catalog we are producing this time is expected to be 60 pages in total. It is nice to look at the products online, but the ease of viewing on paper, the convenience of sticking sticky notes or writing notes, and carrying it around are all invaluable. Once completed, it will be useful for selling in each store and on our website, and as a sales tool for kindergartens and daycare centers.
Furniture and play equipment rental to car dealerships
Well, there was another big development this week. We started renting out kids' rooms to car dealerships, a first for our hometown of Kochi.

Assembled mini house Play house set
This is a service in which we plan everything from flooring to play equipment to toys, and also handle everything from construction to post-operation maintenance and replacement on an ongoing basis. We have been conducting sales activities in Kochi for the past two years, but have not seen much results. A year ago, we presented a handmade presentation and were turned down... But this time was different! We are trying again with a track record of over 10 locations, mainly in Kobe, so our persuasiveness is different. Kochi Toyopet, with whom we will soon be starting a relationship, is also actively engaged in wood education activities, such as utilizing thinned wood from the mountains in Tosa City. It looks like we will be able to work together in the future, so we are holding a workshop as our first project, and we will build a good relationship so that we can have a long-term relationship (^^♪ We will do our best!! And as we are short on manpower, we are always looking to recruit → Currently Hiring

Work for local governments is gradually increasing
Finally, here is the progress of our work for local governments. We received some very good news at the end of June.

This year, we have been selected to provide the play equipment for the kids' space in Mannou Town, Kagawa Prefecture , as well as the kids' space and hometown tax return gifts in Yusuhara Town, Kochi Prefecture (^^♪ Although it is gradual, I am very happy that we are beginning to gain trust as a company. When it comes to supplying products to local governments, it inevitably has a big impact on the trust we receive from the companies and customers we do business with.

I want to deliver these two big jobs well and stabilize the foundation of the company. We just created a website for the local government business last month, and from now on we will be building up our track record one by one. It will take time from here to become a proper business (receive a lot of inquiries), but this is the first step.
Rental of children's rooms for general households, kindergartens, daycare centers, local governments, and corporations. With only one pillar as a company, it will not be able to respond to unexpected situations. By having multiple business pillars, if one fails, we can make up for it with the other! This will allow us to continue to pursue what we want to do. Gradually, this year we would like to strengthen our "defenses" to stabilize our foundations. That will be all for this week's report. Next week we will be able to introduce rental deliveries and mountain activities on Mt. Rokko. *We hope you have a great week (^^♪
