Ms. Takada, the representative, wanted to create a place where mothers and children could come and play casually and where they could also ask for advice on child rearing through her activities as a play teacher. Then, she heard about Nakayoshi Library from a friend who is a nursery teacher, and found out that it was possible to use the furniture and play equipment for a fixed fee, so she contacted us for an inquiry.
Educational toys and pretend play corner
Muskari-san lives in a detached house. The room is divided into three spaces, and there is a play corner in the dining space. The educational toys that promote children's development, selected by Takada-san, a play teacher, and a nursery teacher using their past experience, are stored in a simple two-tiered toy box.
The play kitchen is made of cypress and is a perfect fit for children who have been using popular toys for many years.

Corner for picture books, drawing, and tabletop games
In the adjacent Japanese-style room, a round table and adjustable chairs (suitable for ages 0 to 3) have been placed to create a tabletop play corner. At the back, there is a slightly large picture book stand so that readers can read to their children.
The picture book shelf attracts children's interest because the covers face outward, making it easy to take out and put away. When we delivered the books, the nursery teacher suggested that "if we could arrange the picture books a few centimeters higher, it would be easier for children to take them out and the titles and pictures would be easier to see," so we will immediately prepare the parts to raise the height by the next visit.
I think this kind of interaction with customers is unique to a flat-rate (subscription) system. We visit customers every month, listen to their requests, and work together to improve the play environment.

Small playground equipment: slides and climbing platforms
It's good to have play equipment that allows children to exercise indoors. So we have a slide and a climbing platform. If you turn the board over, it becomes a ladder.
We plan to continue adding and modifying this playground equipment as we listen to how it feels to use. We hope that the children who will come in the future will enjoy it.
