Takaoka City has taken over the former department store, and the third floor is now a large kids' room that is open to the public free of charge. There are many wooden playground equipment made from materials produced in Toyama Prefecture. The wooden slide and monkey bars from Nakayoshi Library have also been newly installed.

There are two rental items available: the large slide in the back and the climbing frame in the foreground.

Indoor monkey bars can be enjoyed by children of a wide range of ages, from around 2 years old to elementary school students.

The rental indoor playground equipment is replaced regularly, once a year. Sometimes the products themselves are replaced, but we can also add to them . For example, we may add a slide to the monkey bars, or add ladder climbing equipment, and we make changes after discussing the situation with the children who come to play.

When the delivery destination is far away like this time, we mainly communicate by email and phone. Also, the daily maintenance is just tightening the bolts , so there is no need to re-oil the machine. We visit once a year to check on the condition.
