★To improve quality

★品質向上のために

At Nakayoshi Library, when we make furniture, we do all of the drilling, grooves, polishing, and finishing by hand!

This takes time and there's always some variation in what I make each time.

When assembling by hand, the characteristics of wood can be utilized and the construction can be made sturdy.

When drilling holes and digging grooves by hand, there is a lot of variation, and everyone has a hard time doing it...

The shelves are wobbly and the depth of the grooves is not uniform, it's really difficult...

In order to improve quality, we are moving towards partial mechanization!

The advancement of technology is amazing!

While retaining the good qualities of handmade products, machines can be used to improve problems that artisans struggle with.

Furniture from Nakayoshi Library originally lasted for over 10 years, but it will last even longer!!
