A: I feel rewarded by being able to witness the moment when a large tree that has grown for about half a century to a century is transformed into furniture by the hands of a craftsman . I also feel the joy of being able to share this furniture with the world.
Q: What would you say to people considering joining our company?
I really want to do it! I won't give up! I want to accomplish it!
Always keep in your heart the composition you envisioned when you first joined the company. Even if you are sometimes swept away by the current situation, I hope you will at least keep this feeling in your heart.
