Q: What year did you join the company and why?
I joined the company in 2015. I wanted to use my experience as a nursery teacher to become a toy store owner, which had been my dream since I was a child, so that's what prompted me to apply.
Q: What do you do for a living?
As the factory manager at Kochi Furniture Factory, I am mainly responsible for managing production and creating systems for the flow of products and people.
Q: What do you find rewarding?
Every day, issues and problems arise in the factory. I feel a sense of accomplishment when I can see that I am becoming an asset to the company by not overlooking them, finding ways to improve, and making achievements. I also feel a sense of accomplishment when my supportive family and children praise my work.
