I am currently in charge of processing in the manufacturing department!
Q:What is rewarding about your job?
A place where you can try all sorts of things and feel your own growth! Having a "goal" in work or anything else often gives you the energy to push yourself to get there, but I think the appeal of manufacturing is that it's easy to find a goal. Every day, you can find and tackle achievable challenges at your own pace, saying to yourself, "I'm going to work hard on this today!" So whether you're not good at manufacturing or you enjoy working steadily, I think you'll be able to work hard towards your goal!
I think it's wonderful that even small daily goals that you work hard at every day can eventually become your own strength, take shape, and be delivered to customers as products that become indispensable to children and their families.
