Hello. The sunrise is getting earlier, so I can wake up refreshed in the morning. (Today, I got a cramp in my right leg and woke up at a strange time...)
Today was our annual first presentation. All the staff of Nakayoshi Library were supposed to gather together, but due to the influence of the coronavirus, it was held separately at the Kochi Factory and the Kagawa Factory.
Before that, a communication game!
The communicator and the listener
This game allows you to experience various communication problems that occur during oral communication. Simply put, even if you think you are explaining something in an easy-to-understand way, it's actually difficult for the other person to understand everything.
The same thing happens if you apply this within a company.
Some people came up with completely different figures, but this doesn't mean that the listener is bad! It's important to create a system in the company that everyone can understand.

So, speaking of the opening presentation, the projector was not working properly, so the monitor was small. It was a bad start, but it was a worthwhile experience.

For lunch, the president's wife treated all the staff to homemade bento lunches. I had heard about it before, but when I opened the box, I couldn't help but get excited♪ Wow, it was really delicious.
In the afternoon, we visited the Mitoyo Factory in Kagawa Prefecture.
Similarly, there will be communication games and a start-of-term presentation.

That's right, the Mitoyo Factory is a toy factory that uses a closed school as its building, so we work in a great environment on a spacious site where you can even hear the birds singing.

Since it's a school, it's on the blackboard. It's about trees.
Creating a road set using a jigsaw Adjusting the machine is also very important.
All the staff working at the Mitoyo factory are women. Even if they have no experience in manufacturing, they improve extremely quickly because they enjoy their work.
I'm really glad that I was able to experience a sense of tension that I don't usually get to experience at the first presentation of the term.
Hopefully next year we can rent a hotel conference room...
