Well, the four-day Golden Week holiday is over. It's raining all day today. I'll switch my mindset and get to work tomorrow.

During this long weekend, I went to many bustling places, including Hamada Chopsticks Factory in Konpira to support them and the organic market in Kochi.
As I observe the customer service and the store's appearance, I think about various things, such as "What a pleasant introduction," "What a nice store," "The pricing is perfect," and "What a great idea," comparing it to my own stores.
It's instructive to see stores that put so much thought into their appearance and customer service, even if it's just for a one-day event.
If I were to put it in my own words, it would be like the excitement I felt when we opened our store, or the elation I felt when we had our first store in Tokyo. Even now that time has passed, do I still have that same feeling of "opening today" even though I'm not in the store? I feel like I need to ask myself and work hard every day.
I hope that our store staff and customers will have many happy encounters during this holiday.
