Everyone's Work Meal

みんなのサラメシ

Good evening. My current obsession is making spicy curry.

Now, it's the day of delivery to the villa on Awaji Island. We stopped by on the way back from Kobe and delivered to a huge house while looking at the sea. The house where the daughter and her husband will be living from now on has a landing between the first and second floors. It was dangerous for them to fall down the stairs, so we installed a wooden door for their grandchild.

Nakayoshi Library Partition

It is safe because children cannot lift it up. When entering or exiting, you can easily open and close the door by lifting it up.

Nakayoshi Library Children's Gate Fence

The grandfather prepared this wooden fence for his cute grandson because it is more sturdy and well-made than the plastic ones available in stores. Antique furniture is stylishly placed throughout the room. I hope the wooden door will also have a history with this house and its family.

Today's Friendly Meal

I was thinking about what I could do on a regular basis, and since I like NHK's Sarameshi, I thought I'd try Minna no Sarameshi. Today, it's Kentaro, who is in charge of wood cutting NC. His lunch box has the same menu every day, which is the man's meal!! But this rice goes well with sausages and rolled omelette! This is a classic lunch *Looks delicious!! By the way, he makes it himself every morning♪

Kentaro has been with the company for about a year, but he has more experience in woodworking than anyone else. He is the most veteran at Nakayoshi Library. He was the factory manager at his previous company that made wooden spiral staircases. He is very interested in everything and eager to try new things, and his initiative in raising issues and immediately taking action to improve them is impressive. He notices things well. I think I would like to grow older like this.

He eats his lunch on the same menu every day. "It's easy because I don't have to think about it because it's the same menu every day," he says, sitting on the same bench in the same spot every day. Perhaps it's because of this unchanging routine that he is so sensitive to the little things that happen. We hope you will continue to support Nakayoshi's furniture production.

This combination with white rice is a classic manly meal.

I have a business trip to Osaka tomorrow. See you soon!
