My wife has returned home, so I'm living alone for the once-yearly period. I'm grateful for the food she prepared for me, and today I'm enjoying a relaxing Sunday with some chili con carne on bread, topped with cheese, and coffee.

Put it on the fish grill and enjoy!

Wow! Looks delicious! *4 slices of bread fills me up. I don't like beans, but I can eat them if they're flavored like this. I heard that "eating beans is good for you," and just eating a few beans makes me feel like I've done something good for my body. Now, what should I put the rest on (I don't have any other ideas than putting it on top lol)

Today is also a fun day to take a good look at the zelkova tree that was planted in my garden over the weekend.

I had previously planted an oleander , but the flowers are said to be poisonous, and my neighbors have allergies to it, so I decided to have it pulled out. I was thinking about what to plant instead, when I heard that there was a nice zelkova tree.
They planted it for a really cheap price. (The price is a secret.)
By the way, the flower language of zelkova is said to be [good luck], [longevity] and [health]. The zelkova tree is a lucky charm. Grow big.
Momokurikan is currently under renovation.
Behind the zelkova tree is a 130-year-old traditional Japanese house that we are considering as a showroom and home for Nakayoshi Library. We are currently working on plumbing so that the house can be lived in.

The plan is to finish it this year. The local carpenters are working when they can, so it will take a long time, but we'll just have to wait.
As for this old house showroom, I had wanted to run a restaurant or a shop, but due to the zoning, it is difficult to operate only as a shop. So I decided to live in it (it is OK to use it as a residence) and use it as a showroom.
We would like you to come and see the wooden toys and furniture from Nakayoshi Library, as well as the products we will be developing in the future.

The building is over 100 years old, and many of the pillars are worn out. We will continue to repair them as we go. We aim to make use of the old building and improve the products of Nakayoshi Library, creating products that can be used for generations.

I'll renovate your house too, so just wait.
