Honda-san, who I've worked with for three years, will be retiring at the end of this month ((+_+))
I miss him... We went to Fukushima together, to Tokyo to make chopsticks, and during the busy season he spent all his time painting lockers and chairs, his hair became dry and frizzy, he sprained his back a few times, and he said he might not be able to lift heavy things any more, but even so he continued to make various manuals for new people and really worked hard for Nakayoshi Library **
Honda-san was in charge of the very important tasks of painting, packaging, and shipping. This is the final check point before delivering the products to the customers.
In the past, there were times when there were defects or dents after delivery, but in the three years since Honda-san came, this has decreased dramatically.
I am very grateful for the careful work.
Thank you for your hard work over the past three years, Honda-san.
And I sincerely hope that you will do well on your new stage!
A message board with a portrait drawn by the factory manager, Mr. Aoki. In keeping with the Nakayoshi Library spirit, it was made entirely out of wood.
