Today, a carrot farmer from Kohoku Town came and taught us how to roast coffee. Why carrots? You may wonder, but he is a carrot farmer and also buys and sells coffee beans. You can easily roast raw beans at home. I've always wanted to try it.
So, I didn't take any photos of the roasting process, but I did make some delicious coffee using the roasted beans.
Now, let's broaden the scope of my hobbies a little. By the way, it's really delicious. I still prefer hot coffee even in summer.
