This is a kindergarten in Sagamihara, Kanagawa Prefecture. We delivered wooden lockers and tables that match the wooden free ring. After they had been in use for a few years, we visited the kindergarten and took some photos. The photos taken several years later had a really nice atmosphere, so we would like to introduce them to you.

Wooden lockers for storing bags and clothes

The bags and tools of two-year-olds are organized and stored. Each shelf can hold two bags. The top shelf is used by teachers, so it is placed out of reach of the children.

Change shape to suit your age

The wooden lockers have four hooks in each space for storing bags and clothes. Capacity is a priority. And as the children get older, the height of the lockers changes.

When I see the children using the items, I feel glad that I made them. They are also making good use of the long table and stacking chairs for 3-year-olds. The chairs can also be stacked against the wall, which makes it easy to keep them organized. The children can take them out and put them back in by themselves.

In 2012, Fuji TV's Zenkai Girl (starring Yui Aragaki) was set in a nursery school. Nakayoshi Library provided all of the nursery school furniture for the interior set, which was used in the drama.

The cute wooden furniture is tanned to a amber color. The wooden toys that appear here and there are well-used, but they don't look dirty and have a sense of history. Why do they use wooden products in sets? It must be because they are easy on the eyes and somehow comforting and soothing.

The same atmosphere can be found at Kirakiraen. The scent of wood is somehow calming. We believe that it is important to "use good things for a long time."
