Q: What prompted you to introduce it?

When planning the nursery, I was interested in creating an environment with the warmth of wood. Nakayoshi Library suggested that I use their rental system, which is more affordable than purchasing. I myself have always been interested in new initiatives, and it was great to be able to discuss various aspects of the indoor environment I would like to create.

Q: What prompted you to introduce it?

When I was searching the internet to plan and purchase toys for the entire kindergarten, I came across Nakayoshi Library's kids room rental service and was impressed by its beauty, fun, and unique system. The price was also within my budget.

Q. Why did you decide to use Nakayoshi Library's rental service?

When I first came to the facility and was given a description, the CEO and other staff members were young and fresh, and their smiles and warmth made me think, "This is great!" They explained their company's products with evidence, and they listened carefully to what I had to say, so I was able to decide on the rental service with peace of mind.

Q: What do you think after actually using it?

We have a corner with a cute name, the "Apple Room." We have set rules for how it can be used, and we have devised a way to make it a corner that both children and staff can visit with a sense of excitement and a sense of formality. What's wonderful about it is the solid cedar flooring, and the furniture and wooden toys that are just right for the space. The scent of wood fills the air, and just being there is soothing.

Q. Please tell us about your future goals (regarding store or facility management, etc.).

Kumakogen Town is surrounded by mountains and trees. Kuma Kindergarten, located in the center of the town, has set a long-term goal of building a new building, which is scheduled for completion in the next seven years. The new building will not only function as a certified kindergarten, but also as a space where children can interact with local people, and where the elderly and young people can gather, in order to naturally support the development of the next generation.

Q: What prompted you to introduce it?

I run a dental clinic called Yobo no Haishasan. Since childhood, I have wanted my children to live a life without cavities, so I wanted to focus on the kids' room so that even small children would feel comfortable coming to the clinic. One day, while walking through the shopping district of Motomachi, I noticed the cute and warm toys at Nakayoshi Library and decided to go in.

Q. Why did you decide to use Nakayoshi Library's rental service?

One of the reasons is that not only is the quality of the toys and wood used, but I was also impressed by the passion and various initiatives of the store manager and staff. The service itself is also excellent, and in addition to monthly maintenance, they also exchange toys and suggest toys that suit the occasion. If you buy toys, you will always have the same ones, so you will get bored of them and they will take up space, but with rental, you can change toys depending on the season or the store, so I felt it was cost-effective and decided to introduce a rental service.

Q: What do you think after actually using it?

As expected, the children's reactions are good. We have a kids' room by the window, so we have many patients who ask their mothers to let their children in so they can play with the toys. As a dental clinic, we are also pleased that the cold, impersonal waiting room has become warm and soft.

Q. Please tell us about your future goals (regarding store or facility management, etc.).

I think it's a good fit for targeting pediatric dentists and mothers with children. If we could collaborate with Nakayoshi Library on events and goods through toys, I think it could go beyond toy rentals and become a business. Our goal for the future is not just to increase customer satisfaction through toy rentals, but also to create some kind of need as a business.

Q: What prompted you to introduce it?

The toys and furniture at Nakayoshi Library are high quality and the right size for children, so we purchased things like adjustable chairs, storage shelves, study desks, etc. as they grew. I had always known about the quality of their products, so when I found out about the rental service around the time I started my business, I made an inquiry without hesitation.

Q. Why did you decide to use Nakayoshi Library's rental service?

At the Children's House, we provide child-sized desks and chairs so that children can concentrate. We also display educational materials on shelves at a height that children can reach, so that they can choose what they want to do. The products at Nakayoshi Library are child-sized, and it was also appealing that they are in tune with children's growth and development.

Q: What do you think after actually using it?

I am very satisfied with the low cost for the services provided. Even though it was rental, they were able to accommodate my order for things like shelves for teaching equipment and carpet racks. They also kept me in touch with information about additional rental items even after the contract was signed, and I am happy that I was able to create the ideal classroom environment without a large initial investment.

Q. Please tell us about your future goals (regarding store or facility management, etc.).

In Tatebayashi, Gunma Prefecture, we are working to support children's development and mothers raising children through the practice of Montessori education. We will continue to work hard to make Nishitakane Montessori Children's House one of the centers for child-rearing support in the area.

Q: What prompted you to introduce it?

As we celebrate our 55th anniversary, we are holding various events and classes at our stores as a way of giving back to our customers and the local community who have supported us up until now. Many of these events are attended by families, so we have long felt that the role of the kids' room is also important.

Q. Why did you decide to use Nakayoshi Library's rental service?

Regular replacement and maintenance are also available, and the monthly fee is reasonable, so the internal approval process went smoothly. We also felt that we could have a long-term relationship with our company in the future through our community contribution activities.

Q: What do you think after actually using it?

We hold workshops once a month in collaboration with Nakayoshi Library, and about 20 groups of customers attend each time. Being able to maintain such connections with customers is a plus for our store operations. In addition, holding workshops together with the stores also helps to smooth internal communication and educate new employees.

Q. Please tell us about your future goals (regarding store or facility management, etc.).

In order to create a store that customers choose, we believe it is important to provide customers with enjoyable content other than car-related content. We would like to continue to hold Mini 4WD tournaments and collaborative events with other companies to convey our uniqueness.
