About the school

This kindergarten is run by the YMCA Academy in Hiroshima City. The kindergarten occupies the first to third floors of the brick building.
Hardwood Locker Work table
Although urban daycare centers do not have large playgrounds, children learn in buildings that have been designed with exercises and physical activity in mind.
A relationship since the opening

Nakayoshi Library has been working with the library since it first opened, and even now we continue to deliver and maintain indoor monkey bars , make bag racks, and even provide original craft carts and other items to the library, even though it is quite far away.
Hinoki wood interior space

The building has cypress flooring and wainscoting. Of course, the lockers and other equipment are all made of wood. Even the nameplates in each room are made of wood.

Even now, more than 10 years later, there is no need to match the colors, and it still creates a great atmosphere and is useful for the children.

English conversation

I have had a relationship with the principal since the establishment of the kindergarten. When I entered the kindergarten, the teachers and children mostly spoke in English. The teaching materials and the letters written inside the kindergarten are also written in English. When we were young, there were few kindergartens where we could learn English, so when I think about it now, I find it very attractive.
After regular maintenance

Lots of stacked chairs Long table
When you use chairs almost every day for nearly 15 years, some problems are bound to occur. We regularly take in and maintain each of the nearly 150 chairs. They are well-used and have a vintage feel. The long table is sturdy and still has its luster even after 15 years.
At an event in Hiroshima

Three years ago, we regularly set up stalls at temporary events at Hiroshima Mitsukoshi. The kindergarten building was about a 10-minute drive from Mitsukoshi, and I remember all the teachers coming to visit. This was when our company had just started making furniture for kindergartens and nursery schools. This was the first kindergarten we delivered to. We are happy to be able to have such a long-lasting relationship. I would like to conclude with a photo of our Large Bookstand , which we add to our collection every year ***
